Decanters & Jugs

Decanting involves pouring from a bottle to a decanter, carafe or jug.

In respect of wine this serves two purposes, it removes the sediment from a mature wine and has a 'softening' effect on a young wine. As the wine comes into contact with the air it accelerates the wine's development.

Our decanting set from Legnoart is ideal for this incorporating a sieve to remove any excess sediment and a stand on which to dry your decanter after use.
